ORDER

Down payment of 20% of total cost is required upon ordering.

TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
               All orders are subject to acceptance by Via's Handcrafted Jewelry.
               A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to initiate custom orders.
               Full payment is due before the item is shipped or handed over.
  1. CUSTOM DESIGNS
               Custom design requests are welcome and will be considered based on feasibility.
               Design sketches or digital representations provided to the client are for approval purposes and may not reflect the final                 product exactly.
  1. MATERIALS AND QUALITY
                Via's Handcrafted Jewelry uses high-quality materials for all jewelry pieces, but slight variations may occur due to the                    handmade nature of the items.
                All jewelry is created with care, but delicate components may experience normal wear over time.

  1. PRODUCTION TIME
             Estimated production times will be provided for each item and are subject to change based on workload and material                   availability. Via's Handcrafted Jewelry will communicate any significant delays to the client.
  1. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
                 Termination of the ORDER is permissible at any time in the event of a change of intent or modifications to the                               provided specifications.  Nonetheless, it is important to note that the initial downpayment remains non-refundable.
                 Refunds due to cancellation are permissible under the condition that the job order has not yet progressed into the                         production stage.
  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
                 Shipping options and costs will be provided to the client before finalizing the order. Via's Handcrafted Jewelry is not                     responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments after they leave our possession unless you select our personal                       delivery rider option.
  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

              Custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return or refund.

              In the case of manufacturing defects, repairs or adjustments will be offered at the discretion of Via's Handcrafted Jewelry.

  1. LIABILITIES AND DISPUTES

             Via's Handcrafted Jewelry is not liable for damage caused by improper wear, misuse, or accidents after purchase. Any                     disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with Jurisdiction Laws.

  1. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE

           Client information will be used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.

  1. MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS

           Via's Handcrafted Jewelry reserves the right to modify these terms of service as needed. Changes will be communicated               to clients through Social Media Platforms and website.

Our Lifetime Service Warranty is a testament to this commitment, ensuring that your experience with our jewelry remains as exceptional as the pieces themselves.

Manufacturing Defects and Craftsmanship: Our Lifetime Service Warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues for the entire lifespan of your jewelry piece. If you encounter any such issues, we will repair the item, ensuring it retains its original splendor.

Delicate Components and Normal Wear: As a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction, we provide one time free support for delicate components that may undergo normal wear over time. We will examine, restore, and rejuvenate these components to ensure your jewelry remains a symbol of enduring beauty.

Resizing: We understand that achieving the perfect fit for your ring can be a challenge, especially considering factors such as changes in finger size due to weight fluctuations over time. That's why we provide you with a valuable benefit: Indulge in the ease of a one-time, cost-free resizing feature that accommodates up to a 1 US size difference for your jewelry. Should you opt to resize your ring by more than 1 US size, there will be an associated fee. This service remains readily available for your convenience, whenever you may wish to utilize it.

Kindly take note that the service warranty exclusively pertains to the gold craftsmanship and does not encompass the accompanying gemstones that are part of the jewelry piece.

We encourage you to embrace the beauty of your handcrafted pieces while understanding the subtle changes that come with time. Should you have any questions about the terms of our  Service Warranty, we are always available to provide clarity and reassurance. The service warranty shall become void if the jewelry pieces undergo repair by any goldsmith or jeweler other than our own.
